Day 01 Delhi
Flight to Delhi

Day 02 Delhi
Arrive Delhi On arrival, assistance and transfer to hotel.

Day 03 Delhi
Full day sightseeing of Delhi visiting Red Fort - the symbol of Moghul power and elegance built in red sand stone by the fifth Moghul Emperor Shah Jehan when he shifted his capital to Shahjehanabad from Agra in 1638;

Jama Masjid - India's largest mosque built in red sand stone and white marble by Emperor Shah Jehan in 1656; Dargah of Hazrat Nizamuddin Auliya; Humayun's Tomb - the mausoleum of the second Moghul emperor Humayun built in 1564 by his widow Haji Begam during her son Akbar's reign - a soothing blend of red sand stone with white, black and yellow marble. Also visit India gate, Qutab Minar - built in red sand stone in Islamic style, the tower is 71 mts tall with its wall consisting of intricately carved quotations from the Holy Quran.

Day 04 Delhi / Ajmer
Transfer to railway station to connect train for Ajmer (train operates on all days but Sundays). On arrival, assistance and transfer to hotel.

Afternoon sightseeing of Ajmer visiting, Dargah Shareef - the shrine of Khwaja Moinuddin Chisthi. In 1256 AD, at the age of 114, the saint entered his cell to pray in seclusion for six days after which he passed away. Continue on to Adhey Din - Ka Jhanpara - a mosque originally an ancient Sanskrit College & within a temple enclosure. Proceed to Emperor Akbar's Royal Palace made of red sand stone - housing a museum with a rich collection of Moghul & Rajput armour. After that, drive around Ana Sagar lake.

Day 05 Ajmer / Jaipur
Drive to Jaipur and check in at hotel. Afternoon at leisure.

Day 06 Jaipur
Morning visit Amer Fort which was the ancient capital of the State. Visit the Sheesh Mahal or the Hall of Victory glittering with mirrors. Ascend the Fort on Elephant back.

Afternoon visit the city - the capital of Rajasthan was given a colour coat of pink a century ago in honour of a visiting Prince and ever since, it has retained this colour. Built by Maharaja Jai Singh, the notable astronomer, this city is 260 years old. Visit Maharaja's City Palace, the Observatory & Ram Niwas Gardens. Drive past Hawa Mahal & through the pink rose residential & business areas.

Day 07 Jaipur/Agra
Drive to Agra enroute visiting Fatehpur Sikri - it is 40 kms from Agra and built by Emperor Akbar in 1569 and abandoned after 15 years due to scarcity of water. See the graceful buildings including the Jama Masjid, Tomb of Salim Chisti, Panch Mahal and other Palaces.

Afternoon free.
Day 08 Agra
Full day visits - visit the world famous Taj Mahal built by the Moghul Emperor Shahjehan in 1630 for his Queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her mortal remains (Taj Mahal remains closed on Fridays). Later visit the Agra Fort containing the Pearl Mosque, the Halls of Public and Private Audience. Also visit the Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daullah built by Empress Noorjehan in memory of her father.

Day 09 Agra / Delhi / Departure
Morning check out from the hotel and later drive to Sikandra - Akbar's Mausoleum at Sikandra is a fusion of Muslim & Hindu architectural style which is characteristic of that period. Proceed straight to Delhi international airport to connect flight for onward journey.
