Golden Triangle Tour with Ranthambore ( 7 Nights / 8 Days)

 

Places Covered: Delhi - Agra - Jaipur - Ranthambore - Delhi

Day 1: Delhi:

You will be received by our representative at the International Airport in Delhi at the specified time from where you will be transfered to the Hotel.

Day 2: Delhi to jaipur

Morning drive to Jaipur. On arrial check in at hotel. Afternoon tour of Jaipur. Jaipur - the capital of Rajasthan was given a colour coat of pink a century ago in honour of a visiting Prince and ever since, it has retained this colour. Built by Maharaja Jai Singh, the notable astronomer, this city is 260 years old. Visit Maharaja's City Palace, the Observatory & Ram Niwas Gardens. Drive past Hawa Mahal & through the pink rose residential & business areas. Overnight Jaipur.

Day 3: Jaipur Sightseeing / City Tour

Morning visit Amber Fort with an Elephant ride till the main entrance of the fort. Amber Fort was the ancient capital of the State. Visit the Sheesh Mahal or the Hall of Victory glittering with mirrors. Rest of the day is free and optional visit to Choki Dhani resort - built in ethnical rajsthani style and specially in the evening they organise lot of activities like, camel ride, Puppet show, Snake charmer and handloom cloths etc. alongwith specialised Rajasthani/continental Dinner as well. Return to hotel for the overnight stay.

Day 4: Jaipur to Ranthambore

In the morning after breakfast we drive to Ranthambore. Half day's drive to the Ranthambhore national Park. Rest of the evening at leisure.

Day 5: Ranthambhore Take jeep rides in to the National Park

The 392 Sq. Km park comprises of dry deciduous forests sprawling over an undulating terrain of the Aravali and Vindhyan ranges. The park is one of the finest Tiger reserves in the country under the Project Tiger scheme. Ranthambhore sanctuary has a large number of Samber, Chital, Nilgai, Chinkara, Langur, Wild Boar and peafowl. In addition to this, the park also boasts of Leopards, Hyena, Jackal, Jungle Cat, Sloth bear and a little population of Pythons.

Day 6: Ranthambore to Agra via Fatehpur Sikri

In the morning after breakfast we drive to Agra. En-route we visit Fatehpur Sikri, the beautiful capital built in 1640 by the Mughal King, Akbar the Great. The city was later abandoned for lack of water. A superb example of Mughal architecture, it stands perfectly preserved in the desert. We also visit the artistically designed mausoleum of Salim Chisty who is reputed to have prayed for a son for Akbar leading to the birth of Salim Jehangir, the builder of the Taj. From here we continue on a countryside drive to Agra. On arrivel we check in our Hotel. Later we visit Agra Fort, where Shah Jahan, in the later years of his life, was imprisoned by his son to prevent him from spending the family fortunes on a black echo of the Taj Mahal.

Day 7: Agra to Delhi

Early morning on Sunrise we visit to one of the most well known wonders of the world, the Taj Mahal. Built by Shah Jehan as a mausoleum for his favorite wife, Mumtaz Mahal, the Taj is built of white marble, beautifully carved and inlaid with semi-precious stones. Later we drive to Delhi. On arrival, Check in ino hotel. Over night stay at hotel in Delhi.

Day 8: Transfer to Delhi Airport

Early in the morning transfer to airport for flight to onward destination.
