Day - 1: Arrival in Cochin (Kochi)
On arrival at the Airport/Railway Station in Cochin, you will be met and transferred to Hotel at Ernakulam.Kochi has preserved its history well and presents a vivid panorama of a time when traders and warriors landed on here shore.Start your Kerala tour at the Mattancherry Palace. From Palace walk along the Jew Street to Jewish Synagogue. With St.Francis Church, Santa Cruze Cathedral and Chinese Fishing Nets, just admire the magnificent heritage of Kerala.Later in the evening enjoy Kathakali dance presentation.Kathakali(literally, story play),the spectacular classical dance drama of Kerala based on the guidelines laid by Saga Bharatha's NatyaSastra,the ancient treatise on dance and drama, is over 500 years old. Later in the evening enjoy Kathakali dance presentation. Overnight at the hotel in Cochin.

Day - 2: Cochin (Kochi) - Alappuzha (53km /1.5 Hrs)
After breakfast travel by road to Alappuzha.One of the most memorable experience for travelers in India is the opportunity to take houseboat journey on the backwaters of Kerala.Coconut trees at improbable angles form shady canopies, and occasionally your pass under simple curved bridges. Overnight stay in houseboat.

Day - 3: Alappuzha to Kumarakom (48km / 1hrs 30mins)
Breakfast on board. Disembark at Kumarakom.Mangrove forest, paddy field, coconut groves and enchanting waterways adorn Kumarakom.The resort nearby offer an exclusive leisure options like an Ayurvedic massage, yoga, meditation, boating, and fishing, angling and swimming. Day - 4: Kumarakom - Periyar (185km 3.5hrs)
Dawn is the quietest and best time for viewing, when the first rays of sunlight filter through the lush tropical canopy. Now prepare for a fascinating travel through red tiled houses, parrot - green rubber estates, blue - grey skies. As you take the twists and turns up towards Periyar (Thekkady), the road affords amazing glimpse of Western Ghats. The best chances for spotting wildlife are the first and last trips to the forest. Don't forget to pack a pair of binoculars. You'll be sorry to have forgotten them when you spot that elephant yonder. After the boat ride in Periyar, take a short walk in the Spice Market. Day - 5: Periyar - Madurai (167km /3hrs)
After breakfast travel by road to Madurai the historical city of India. Upon arrival check into the hotel at Madurai. Madurai Meenakshi temple architecture exhibits a seamless synergy of the distinctive aesthetics of its rulers.It is difficult to grasp the dimensions of this great temple. The temple complex and its surrounding areas are spread over 6000 Sq.m.Spent time at the TirumalaiNayak Palace just 1.5 km from the Meenakshi Temple. Overnight stay at hotel in Madurai.

Day - 6 Madurai - Kodaikanal 120 km 3 Hrs Drive
Early morning travel by road to Kodaikanal.No sightseeing tour of Kodaikanal can be commence without the customary amble down Coakers Walk, a strip of paved road on the steep south - eastern mountain side. Overnight stay at hotel in Kodaikanal

Day - 7 Kodaikanal
After breakfast travel by road to Bryant Park, a botanical garden set up by a British forest officer. The road meanders past Green Valley View Point and wind 7 km to Kodai's most popular tourist attraction, Pillar Rock.Kodai's most popular waterfall is Silver Cascade, 7 km outside town, formed by the backwaters of Kodai Lake. Day - 8 Kodaikanal - Marayoor 250 km 6 Hrs Drive
After breakfast travel by road to Marayoor.On the way to Marayoor, visit Amaravathi Dam and Crocodile Farm and Chinner Wildlife Sanctuary. Chinner Wildlife Sanctuary located in the rain shadow region of the Western Ghats, the sanctuary occupies the forested region on either side of the Marayoor - Udumalpet road. The location of the sanctuary offers the unique advantage of watching its fascinating wildlife at close quarters from the road without venturing deep into the jungle. Upon arrival at Marayoor check into your hotel at Marayoor.After lunch and relaxation visit Kanthaloor vegetable Plantation and Muniyarus. Overnight stay at hotel in Marayoor

Day - 9 Marayoor - Munnar 43 km 1 Hrs Drive
This is the only place in Kerala that has a natural growth of Sandal wood trees. Travel by road to Munnar via Rajamala.Take a short break at Eravikulam National Park. Half the world population of the rare NilgiriTahr which is fast becoming extinct is now found here. Overnight stay at hotel in Munnar

Day - 10 Munnar
For long, the best - kept secret among hill station destinations, now the choice of honeymooners, tea - tasters, corporate warriors and wannabe colonial. Visit Mattupetty Dam, Kundala Plantation, Kundala Lake and Echo Point. Overnight stay at hotel in Munnar

Day - 11 Munnar - Cherai 200 km 4 Hrs Drive
After breakfast travel by road to Cherai Beach. This lovely beach bordering Vypeen Island is ideal for swimming. A typical Kerala village with paddy fields and coconut groves nearby is an added attraction. Overnight stay at hotel in Cherai Beach.

Day - 12 Cherai 30 km 1 Hrs Drive
Transfer to the airport/railway station in time for your return. Tour concludes.
